Located just 20 minutes north of most Kelowna hotels and resorts, Creekside Theatre in Lake Country is the setting for an intimate Valentine’s concert with Canadian singer and pianist Rod Russell. He will be performing favourite romantic classics from the 1940s, 50s, 60s and 70s. Some of the artists he covers include:

  • Jerry Lee Lewis
  • Ray Charles
  • Floyd Cramer
  • Kenny Rogers
  • Billy Joel

Scenic Sip's Sweetheart Pairings

Date: Daily from February 13-15, 1-4 p.m.
Admission: Free
Where: Various locations

While you’re up in Lake Country, why not pamper your palate with some of the area’s award-winning wines? The Sweetheart Pairings highlights five of the area’s most highly regarded wineries. Guests will enjoy complimentary wine and food pairings at each vineyard, including:

Worlds Greatest Valentine's Party

Where: Gateway 21, 1300 Water Street, Kelowna

Get ready for a night of fun and entertainment as Wayne’s World Studios has assembled a list of variety acts ranging from Johnny Carson to David Letterman.

The show, which will be live taped for a future broadcast, will feature live music from the All-star Band, led by child protégé Eric.

For Your Valentine Culinary Class

Where: 1730 Mission Hill Road, West Kelowna

Mission Hill Family Estate Winery is offering you the chance to create an extraordinary fine-dining experience in your own kitchen this Valentine’s Day. The winery’s expert culinary team will demonstrate how to prepare five delicious dishes, perfect for a night with your loved one.

Flaming Hearts Food Bank Fundraiser

Date: February 13, 7 p.m. to midnight
Admission: $12.50 (food donations also accepted)
Where: Brooklyn Pub at Lake City Bowl

This is a chance for a fun night out while supporting both a good cause and some of Kelowna’s upcoming musical talent. The Flaming Hearts Food Bank Fundraiser features three live bands playing throughout the evening:

  • The Renita Zintel band (Blues rock)
  • Steel Toad (Classic 80s rock)
  • Silent Gun Phenomenon (Classic rock/indie)

The charity event’s primary focus is to raise fund and food donations for the Central Okanagan Food Bank.
