Dorothy came to our corporate reception. In talking to her on how she found our hotel and if she had feedback, she had one particular comment:
“Well, your beds are high and—for a short person like me—it's hard to get into.”
She then joked, “I might need a step stool!”
With a wave of a wand—okay, more like some swift keyboard strokes—we took note on her guest profile. Thereafter, every time she came to the hotel, there was a step stool beside her bed. Dorothy was amazed by the thoughtfulness of the Meetings & Events team at the Best Western Plus Kelowna Hotels & Suites.
