There’s a wave of travellers coming to the Okanagan seeking out pet friendly hotels in Kelowna to accommodate their four-legged companions. Having a place that accepts your dog is hugely beneficial for some vacationers. But just because a hotel says it’s ‘pet friendly’ doesn’t mean it’s really going to welcome your Rex.

Rewarding your pets for good behaviour is textbook training. If they do something good, you reinforce the action with a treat, perhaps a milkbone, a nice belly rub or even something as simple as verbal praise.
